David Eichhorn,
LADC - Director of Intervention Services
David Eichorn has been working in the
field of addiction for over 18 years, and has been
a licensed counselor for 13 years. As Director of
Intervention Services, David facilitates individualized
plans for addiction-related family and corporate interventions.
He also oversees AIR Regional Directors. In 1991,
David started his counseling career by working with
troubled youth at Sunburst Youth Homes. There, he
began the process of understanding the complex lives
of struggling youth and facilitating positive changes
in their lives. David went on to become the lead therapist
at Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk, WI, assisting
chemically dependent adults within an inpatient alcohol
and drug treatment program. Most recently, Dave was
a Program Supervisor at Hazelden in Center City, MN.
Dave oversaw the day-to-day operations and ran a 22-bed
chemical dependency unit. David holds a degree in
alcohol and drug counseling, is a licensed practitioner
and is a member of NAADAC.
